Well, according to this German Jamiroquai website, the tracks have indeed been remastered for 2006, but they say that about all of them including radio and runaway..

Since (almost) everyone is saying it's remastered, that'll just be another reason for me to buy this. I know that after hearing Runaway, the sound of it does sound A LOT more crisp and louder than the older tracks I have,so hopefully the rest of the GH album is like that as well.

cool, if the album have remastered tracks and the new two songs that's enough for me to buy it _________________ Only a fool can walk away from me this time

Hello again,
One of the nagging questions of this whole "remastered" issue is whom remastered these tracks for this release ? But I did get a partial answer out of Matt Johnson on a inquiry I sent him on MySpace, and he says it was remastered by Tom Coyne at Sterling Sound in New York City. I have been aware of Mr. Coyne's remaster/remix work with many R&B/Hip Hop/Pop acts, and this is a great development. When I can Google more info, I will e-mail him about what we thought about his remastering of old Jamiroquai music and other inquiries, when I get answers you will all know. Thanks for listening and Peace!
Sincerely,

The new quality of the sound is brillant, and it's a promo, maybe the final release will be better. _________________ Jamiro - ROCKS!! - |

I wonder if Half The Man is going to be remastered on the Japanese release.
If so, I'm after this track! |

Hello yet again,
We all know about the lucky Asian Fans getting a "supposed" remastered version of "Half The Man" on there releases of "High Times", but it appears the German releases will have 'High Times', literally . That is, I looked around CDUNIVERSE.COM today looking for a "High Times" DVD tracklisting, which a bulk of the online sites still don't have a American release listing yet, but I noticed that the German "High Times" CD release will have the track 'High Times' added on it. You can see the listing here:
- German Release of "High Times" CD Release:
http://tinyurl.com/y9wdw9
So that means there will be 2 other remastered tracks floating around on Asian/German "High Times" CD releases OR am I going nuts ? Man, you know the fans are going to be hunting like a pack of dogs for these separated remaster tracks a little after these released, hehe. Thanks for listening & please let me know if this topic has been noted or discussed. Peace!
Sincerely,

I think all releases will include High Times. It's possible the information you have is based on the tracks on the promo where High Times for some reason was left out. So if what I'm thinking is true, the only "bonus track" will be Half The Man on the Japanese release. _________________ Old school forever! |

In the booklet for the High Times album it says:
| Quote: |
| All tracks re-mastered by Tom Coyne at Sterling Sound, New York |
Just thought I'd mention that. |
