t's not the real name of a remix. danny tenaglia is the remixer of the mixes appearing in the EOPE US VYNIL (jamiropella, fingetips dub,911 earthbeats, planetary club mix and international club mix) _________________

Thanks Fra!
I'm very happy with my collection. But as always, when you're collecting something, there is always somebody with an even greater collection. Envy... it shows its ugly face regularly when I look into the mirror.
I'm pretty sure I have a couple of things other people envy me for... so I guess it even things out.
The only thing I can wish for now though, it a ticket for the gig at the Mean Fiddler... oh, and the ability to get off work to actually go there. I'd probably call in sick if I had to. _________________ Old school forever! |

i have only been listening to Jamiroquai for 1 year so my collection is understandably small compared to the people on here. I have the standard lot and a few new singles. I am hoping to buy all of the old singles but i just haven't found the time and eBay is quite risky because you do not know what condition the discs are in. I really must find some old style music stores where you can go and see all of the old singles and vinyls etc. but i do not know where one is anywhere near me If anyone knows of one near Birmingham, UK then PM me PLEASE!! I want the old singles lol!
Anyway my collection (no pics as yet...)
Albums
Emergency On Planet Earth
Return Of The Space Cowboy
Travelling Without Moving
Synkronized (bonus edition)
A Funk Odyssey
Dynamite
High Times, The Singles 1992-2006 (BONUS 2Disc)
Singles
Feels Just Like It Should (Full Edition Single)
Seven Days In Sunny June (Standard)
Seven Days In Sunny June (Extended)
(Don't) Give Hate A Chance (Extended)
Runaway (Standard)
DVD
Live in Verona
Personal CD
My Favourite Jamiroquai
Audio Mash Up CD
As i say im always trying to extend my colection with anthing lol! |

Well, eBay isn't that risky if you buy from sellers with good feedback and known to sell CD/vinyl with reliable grading. I've only been disappointed once in over 200 online deals which about half of them were through eBay. Not all of them were records though, but you get the idea. Do your "homework" well and you should be safe enough.
There are other places than eBay of course, http://www.gemm.com comes to mind. You can also visit http://www.eil.com, http://www.rarerecords.com.au, http://www.deck.de and http://www.htfr.com. But these places won't be the best ones if you're looking to make a bargain as they are stores rather than a marketplace for individual sellers. But you never know, sometimes even they sell something they have underestimated the value for.
Hard To Find Records is located in Birmingham by the way, 10 Upper Gough Street, they sell vinyl and DJ equipment.
Another very reliable online seller is http://www.recordpalace.com, they're based in Sweden but they ship internationally.
There are more places online of course (eg auctions.yahoo.com and auctions.yahoo.co.jp <- not many sellers ship internationally, you need a proxy contact in Japan to be successful).
I definitely recommend you to try and visit a record fair in your neck of the woods. Bargains can be made sometimes and you get the opportunity to actually check out the discs before purchasing them. _________________ Old school forever! |
