Flugelhorn solos! Yes!

Personally for me, even if it means we have to wait a while, if the band can come close to anything like their earlier material then it's gonna me more than worth the wait. Very Happy

...my opinion is...it's the better way! The Dynamite tour was intensive, and it didn't end at a certain date (Torino Olympics, the Summer's dates, TV perfomances, and so on..). The last CD was not a cleary masterpiece. Mr Jay, frankly speaking, was over-exposing the band image on no-musical lands: HB fashion, TV, gossip, campers, elicopters and many other things.
Maybe, with the age, he is considering his music soul: if you want to keep your music fever and inspiration alive (remember, it's the music that allows you to conduct your life-style...), leave the un-necessary behind the door. Relax, recharge your self and your soul.
Maybe (I'm sure) the next album will be a masterpiece...

buffaloman_R Hello, buffaloman_R

Cool Hmmm, since this topic is going slightly offtopic with "Best jami Performance eras, I'll throw in my thoughts Cool . Well, 1999/1997 were good performance eras for live Jamiroquai, but to me the PRIME TIME for the BEST live Jamiroquai was in the very beginning. The 1992-1994 live Jamiroquai, with the Reggae Philharmonic Orchestra in 1992-1993, and full horn section with Wallace in 1993-1994 was the most amazing time for live Jamiroquai music...also really like Nick Van Gelder on drums and Kofi Kari Kari on back-up percussions. Thanks for listening and Peace!

Sincerely,
JamiroFan2000

Well, good news then. If he knows he is not doing the great music he did before, and he wanna go back to that time, what could we wish more?? Well, I also hope that he means he is putting back metals in the band like old days. Really, really, really hope that. ;P As there can't be a back-to-old-days without it.

Horns, you mean. And stop hoping - haven't you heard the bootlegs of the recent gigs? The horns are back! Very Happy
