most of my friends are musicians so i tihnk it can be easy to start paying that with them....i'm thinking in using it as an alternative "kinito" wich is a thing to play when you're drinkin for partying...it must be funny to convert the kinito to this....the one who miss the beat....drinks.....it will be funnier when the time goes on

heres a (not so good) photo of Mai, my brothers daughter (can somebody tell me the word?)
she's gonna do 1 year old next 26th, and she's got already so much musical taste, she knows how a drum works and what is for, she hits it, she also loves trying to play the didgeridoo and dances a lot with the music....oh...and she loves my jamiroquai virtual insanity poster since she was around 3 or 4 months!!! (she always comes to my room and point to it!)
forget the dirty floor, it was taken in the middle of a birthday party! _________________

New recording of Marlin!
Yesterday I recorded my son Marlin (7 years now) again while he was jamming on his drums. It is not a pattern from a teacher. This one is his own creation and he just created the beat that hour! That's what he can do best - improvising. When he is doing his little exercises his teacher showed him it is still good, but only half as grooving as his own beats!!
Maybe it's just that the proud mum in me comes through... ... but I think this litte boy rocks!!

Sadly I cannot access either youtube or rapidshare, but I can tell that there is definate cause to praise one little gentleman who has inherited the 'funk' gene from the maternal side of his family.
That's wonderful Meike that you have discovered his calling already. Nuture it, and I hope he fulfills his talents and ensures the funk for generations to come, and has a lot of fun along the way.
Best wishes to your all your family Meike, happy souls come from a happy home. _________________ Jamily to the bone !!!
