I need some help!!! please
hello
Im writing in a week a very important exam. I learned now everything and Im ready to do it. But when I think about this exam I realize that Im a little bit frightened of it but theres no reason for it. My handycap is that I make quickly stupid mistakes in tests when Im very excited. I know here are many people here that studied and maybe you have some advices for me?
My exam is partiotioned into two parts:
1. Applicatory (7 hours)
2. Theoretical (2 hours)
Im more frightened of the applicatory part because everytime someone looks at my fingers and notice everything what Im doing. And at the end I get a censorship of it and I think everyone hates it when someone looks what youre doing at work.
I hope someone has some advices for me...
Thank you! _________________ maxud braucht funk food denn dann bleibt maxud maxud

make sure you check everything you've written once or twice before handing the exam in, that helps a lot

Try to relativise (relativieren, to put into perspective) when you notice that you're thinking about it. Although I would also say that you shouldn't think about it too much, as too much pondering makes you doubt, and doubt doesn't help you in any way.
An example of relativising; what makes you so nervous? Are you afraid of failing the exam? Is it realistic to think that you will fail the exam? Compare yourself to others who have to do the exam or have done it, do you think you can do the same or better?
Also remember that when, in the worst case, you should fail the exam, it is not the end of your life. In fact, there's probably a possibility to do it again.
You said you're ready to do it. Then, believe in yourself. I know that sounds cliché, but it really can be all you need.
Another tip is listening to music before you begin the exam, listen to either something relaxing to clear your mind, or listen to music that gives you a kick (James Bond theme is a good one for me or maybe some Rage Against The Machine, The Prodigy, Jami's Just Another Story, etc...)
Use what's best for you, if you don't like the idea of it, then don't use it.
Again, believe in yourself.

you answered yourself here!
If you studied, and are shure you know what's necesary you have to be shure, and trust yourself...
You have to show them you know what you're doing, or talking about...
If you seem to be insecure, they're goping to be hard with you... |

probably its a silly advice... but I've heard that whenever u have difficult exams is good that once you start you eat a candy... reason? The sugar goes directly to your brain and gives like a little boom of extra energy...
Don't know if its real, but I've done it several times, and at least is good to have something sweet in your mouth while the exam is bitter! hehehe

being afraid of failing a test actually makes you do worse-so don't worry too much over it.it's just ONE test-you'll probably have dozens of other tests so even if you fail this one you can make it right if you study more for the next one. _________________
